The room, while clean and well-decorated, was on the smaller side, which may not suit those requiring extra space. However, the inclusion of amenities such as ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV added a touch of convenience and comfort.The location, though slightly uphill, offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling town center, with easy access to nearby attractions. The provision of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a lovely touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The complimentary Wi-Fi and car park added to the overall convenience of the stay. While not overtly luxurious, Abbey Lodge B&B strikes a balance between comfort and affordability, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a cozy base in a prime location.
